Refund policy

1. Return period

The customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to request a return by email to veroniqueddf@gmail.com.

2. Return conditions

Products must be returned unworn, unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Damaged, worn or incomplete products cannot be accepted.

3. Ineligible products

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Procedure

All requests must be made in advance by email. Returns are not accepted without approval. The return address will be provided after acceptance.

5. Costs

Return costs are paid by the customer. Original delivery charges are not refunded.

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the product, the refund is made to the original payment method within a few days. The company reserves the right to refuse a refund if the conditions are not met.

7. Uncollected parcels

Uncollected parcels are not eligible for a refund. Reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.

8. Liability

Maison Aura cannot be held responsible for product misuse, normal wear or allergic reactions.

9. Acceptance

Every order implies full acceptance of this policy.
