Shipping policy — Maison Aura

1. Delivery areas

Maison Aura ships to France, Europe and internationally.

2. Processing times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days for France, 5 to 10 business days for Europe and 7 to 15 business days internationally. These times are estimates and may vary.

4. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated according to the destination country and parcel weight. They are displayed before the order is confirmed.

5. Order tracking

A confirmation email is sent after an order is placed. A tracking number is provided once it has been dispatched.

6. Delivery delays

Maison Aura cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, busy periods or customs inspections.

7. Customs and taxes

Orders outside the European Union may incur customs charges or taxes. These are paid by the customer.

8. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the required time, it may be returned or destroyed and delivery charges are not refunded. Reshipment is possible at the customer's expense.

9. Incorrect address

The customer is responsible for the information provided. In the event of an incorrect address, Maison Aura cannot be held responsible and no refund is guaranteed.

10. Lost parcels

If loss is confirmed by the carrier, a solution will be offered, such as reshipment or a refund.

11. Parcels marked as delivered

If a parcel is marked as delivered, Maison Aura cannot be held liable. The customer must contact the carrier directly.

12. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer accepts this shipping policy.
