1. Company information

DDF CS BEAUTY AND PERSONAL CARE REQUISITES, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the DSO (Dubai Silicon Oasis) free zone under licence no. 2/6/1138387, sells jewellery through mamaisonaura.com. Telephone: +971 50 312 4863. Licence expiry date: 20 November 2026.

2. Products

The products offered are fashion jewellery and accessories. Images are as faithful as possible, but colours or appearance may vary and individual pieces may have slight differences.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros (€) or another currency, exclude delivery charges and may change at any time.

4. Orders

Placing an order means accepting these terms and conditions of sale. Once confirmed and paid, an order is final. No change is guaranteed after payment.

5. Payment

Payment is secured through bank card and Shopify Payments or another secure payment provider.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly according to availability. Delivery times are estimates. The company cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, logistical problems or customs hold-ups.

7. Uncollected parcels

If a customer does not collect a parcel, delivery charges are not refunded and the parcel may be returned or lost. Reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.

8. Returns and withdrawal

Customers have 14 days after receipt to request a return. Jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. Return costs are paid by the customer.

9. Refunds

Refunds are issued within a few days after receipt and inspection of the product. Delivery charges are not refunded.

10. Liability

The company cannot be held responsible for normal wear of jewellery, improper care or possible allergies.

11. Jewellery care

To preserve your jewellery, avoid water, perfume and chemicals, and store it in a dry place.

12. Disputes

An amicable solution will be preferred. Failing this, the applicable law is that of the United Arab Emirates.

13. Acceptance

The customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions before confirming an order.
